Whew! That's a lot and the list isn't nearly complete.

When the mitochondria is broken or malfunctioning it means a few things but the main thing is:

However, how many push-ups or squats you can do or whether you ate a healthy lunch is not and cannot fix it.

We all start somewhere, even when I started this 'alternative health' journey I did a few things completely wrong but still felt better than when the focus was just on diet & exercise.

Our brain is like a torpedo once we start off towards something, however the thing is we have to push the FIRE button for the torpedo to be activated, otherwise it just sits in the torpedo bay waiting. Once fired though, just like the torpedo, we can course correct.

The path to success is never a straight line.

And the path to health and disease reversal is also never a straight line
